Dear Mr. Moss,

I want to thank you and Installations Plus, Inc., for recently completing several major projects on my home, including remodeling two bathrooms. I have undertaken several major home renovation projects over the years, but never have I had a more successful and rewarding experience than I did when working with Installations Plus, Inc.  Most of the credit for this success should go to project manager Peter Piselli.  He was there from the initial review of the projects for bid, to seeing them through to completion.  His professionalism and attention to detail are second to none

I had been dreaming and developing a concept for our master bathroom over several years.  Peter and Installations Plus, Inc., made those ideas a reality.  I knew what I wanted the master bathroom to look like, and it all revolved around installing a linear drain from QuickDrain USA.  When another contractor balked at the project, Peter jumped at the opportunity and understood all of the nuances of how the existing space needed to be constructed for there to be a zero entry threshold.  His ideas and insights contributed significantly to the creation of my dream master bath.  At the same time, Peter always respected my ideas and opinions, listened to what I wanted, and worked hard to make that happen.  When other contractors told me “no, it can’t be done”, Peter’s response was always, “let’s see how we can make it work.” 

Peter was also instrumental in making sure work was done in a timely manner while at the same time maintaining high quality standards.  If things didn’t go quite right, as can sometimes happen during projects of this nature, Peter always addressed the issues calmly and confidently.  His subcontractors were also highly professional, and while always taking care to make sure all work was performed according to my specifications, they added their expertise by suggesting ways to make things even better.  Roger Mack, the electrician, was especially helpful with lighting and ventilation ideas. 

Several other projects developed as the bathroom projects moved along.  Peter referred us to a roofing contractor when we had a roof leak, and when our basement flooded, Peter arranged for workers to help out immediately with replacing damaged walls and getting interior painting done.  He also provided me with several options for exterior painting when I decided to have that done as well.  I so respected Peter’s project management style and skill, it was worth the extra money to have him oversee that project as well.  The house looks stunning inside and out. 

Working with your company, Installations Plus, Inc., has been a great experience. I look forward to the next project and having Peter back with his crew. I actually miss having them around.  They were such a pleasure to work with.

We recently had an old tile backsplash removed and a new one installed by the awesome team at Installations Plus. Everything about this part of our kitchen job has gone smoothly! I was able to get an appointment for Bill to come out and give us an estimate the same week. Bill was able to squeeze us into his super busy schedule for the old tile to be ripped out so that we didn't have to get a plumber to come out and cap our gas stove twice (we were also having the floor replaced at the same time). The person who came to do both the demo and the install was amazingly clean, respectful and flexible. He arrived promptly, worked so hard, and left the place cleaner than when he started...and he did this in a crazy house with four little kids and one frazzled mom. The new tile looks so beautiful and the whole experience was really great. I would recommend Installations Plus to all my family and friends.
